I'm not a wholesale customer. Where can I purchase Wimpole Street Products?

Barrett House is an internet/mail-order company that is a distributor for all Wimpole Street products. Their web site is www.barrett-house.com or you may call them at 1-800-432-5776.


How can I establish a wholesale account?

There are two ways to create a wholesale account with Wimpole Street Creations:

#1 Simply start shopping online, and you will be asked to register. You will need your tax ID number and business contact information available at this time. If you call us when you have completed the process, we can activate your account immediately, otherwise it will take a couple of days for activation.
 
#2 Call our customer service department at 1-800-765-0504. They will create an account for you.


What are the minimum order requirements?

For first time buyers, we have a one time, initial order requirement of $150.00. All reorders have a $50 minimum.

What are your shipping rates and procedures?

A chart of our current ground shipping rates can be found by clicking the shipping button found at the top of every page.

We ship all products FOB from North Salt Lake, Utah. Shipping is available through UPS, or US mail. Unless otherwise indicated by you, we will ship your order via UPS ground. Please call 1-800-765-0504 by 12:00 p.m. pst for rush or air shipments. Rush/air orders are not available online. All International orders pay actual shipping. An e-mail will be sent to you confirming your order total with actual shipping charges.


What is your return policy?

You have 10 days after receiving your order to contact Customer Service (1-800-765-0504) with any questions, concerns or problems with your order. You will receive a return authorization. Wimpole Street does not accept returns without this authorization. There is a 25% restocking fee on returned items that were shipped as ordered. Wimpole Street Wholesale is not a consignment store. We reserve the right to reject returns when shipped properly. We also reserve the right to not ship to customers who abuse this policy.


How do I get my password if I forgot it?

Simply click on the "forgot password" button during log in, and follow the instructions. Your password will be e-mailed to you shortly there after. You will need to answer your personalized security question in order to receive your password.


The internet makes me uncomfortable. Can I fax or mail in my order?

While our site does offer secure order processing through Verisign, we will gladly process your order via fax or mail. Please print out our order form and request a catalog if you do not already have one.
